Laura’ s mother arrived on august 20th, 2004 with Laura. Her mother has already given up her youngest child for adoption, and now, 2 months later she came back with Laura declaring to us that she wants to give up Laura for adoption for the same reason she gave up Samantha.
Laura’ s father has died, so the mother is left with 3 children. The mother had already given up the fourth child (brother), she has no job, her parents are still alive but they cannot help her take care of the children. She used to sell things, like sugar, rice etc but she’ s afraid she won’t be able to take care of 3 children on her own. She is desperate with 3 children to take care, she has no job, no food, her situation is very bad.
Aware of our adoption program she decided to give up Laura for adoption but she is aware that she is going to be adopted by the same family who is adoption Samantha (we know who that is!)
Laura was born at Laporte Hospital in Camp Perrin at 7 oclock, she was breast fed for two years. She is a healthy little girl but she is asthmatic. She has particular tastes in food, and doesn’t like eggs, cheese etc, but she really likes banana, rice and beans. She sleeps well throughout the night.
Her lab works are normal including the HIV and sickle cell . She is a beautiful girl waiting for a family. She will bring lots of joy and happiness to her awaiting family.
