We had heard through an adoption bulletin board that something was up, and yesterday, about 10 months since we submitted our original adoption paperwork, we received the following e-mail from the adoption agency we are working with:

It has been a while, well things are not that good. Well is just received a call from the lawyer who told me unfortunatly you have to redo the Power of Attorney, you have to give poa to Gladys Sylvestre and Me Jean Seide. He is the lawyer working on your case.
this is really an inconvience and we are really sorry about that, but this director has a serious problem i think.
I hope you can work on this paper fast.
