Full. Spaghetti and meatballs with cheesy bread. I don't know if this is an omen, but Laurie decided to have her first bite of meat in more than a year. And my next thought would be...an omen for what? Faghedaboudit.
We had a great visit today with Dr. Kevin Lillehei who is a teaching professor and Head of Neurology at Univerity of Colorado Hosptial. Apparently they do more brain tumor work than at any other hopistal in the state. The Doctor Laurie was originally scheduled to see also worked on tumors, but more spine related. There is a difference and - it seemed to us - we sensed it during our visit today.
We are agrede that we are switching surgeons whjich also means LAURIE WILL NOT UNDERGO SURGERY ON THURSDAY AS ORIGNALLY PLANNED. Her new date with the scalpel (pun intended) at U of C is next Thursday.
