T'was the night before sugery and all through the house,,,
it was nice and quiet because the girls were next door sleeping at their friend's house. We had a good day today, but as the day wore on, and the day to night, I think looking back our nerves were fraying, especially Laurie's. Obviously I am not pointing fingers as in my book she has a lot more wiggle room than me considering what she is looking forward to.
Still, it was a nice evening and we had a good family dinner before the girls ran over somewhat oblivious (in a way only kids can) to reality. It's a good thing. Laurie and I are ok going into tomorrow. I think we see ye to eye that everything is going to go well and at the end of the tunnel, there will be light. Can't wait for the light.
