CLASS PROJECT
As I mentioned before, because Laurie will lose a good part of the hair on the right side of her head, she'll cut it really short all around and get a wig to cover up with. On a serious note, as a guy, I cannot even begin to imagine the pressure a woman must feel having lived in a society that still beleives beauty and perfect looks make a woman. To lose something like hair must be very hard. It is temporary, but still....
For us guys, well, I don't even need to explain it, do I? That we would wear a shirt with a mustard stain on it down the front to church says it all.

Have you stopped laughing yet? OK. I am serious. This is what she says, but I thikn it is one of the more delusional statements she has made. Or maybe she just wants to have fun (I AM KIDDING!). Probably an old jelousy from high school. Who knows.
Still, wouldn't it be fun to give her some options? I think she might appreciate it. Here is what I am thinking. If you e-mail me a picture of a hairdo (preferably colored) you think is very Laurie, I will try to find a good picture of Laurie, do a little photo editing, and make them one. Of course I will post them all so we can vote on them. I am sure Laurie will listen to our good advice.
So, here is what I need you to do:

a) Find a magazine picture of a hairstyle you think is very Laurie.
b) Scan it and e-mail it to me OR
c) Find the picture on line (Google, Bing); you can just save the one you like to your desktop and then email it to me.
d) Send along with it a little caption about why you think it is so...Laurie.
e) I will will post them as soon as possible, but will keep you apprised on progress.
