Well, what an enjoyable uneventful weekend. After a few activities Saturday early - cute movie and a great time Laurie and I meeting some co-workers of mine visiting Denver for lunch - we have really just vegged around and read, a few chores, Christmas stuff, etc... Uneventful and very comfortable.
One more week and I am taking two weeks off so we can try to get back to normal as a family. Weekends like this one are good, but we need some duration.
Make plans to do something special this holiday season, for your family or some close friends. I am thrilled that our friend Diane, who was the lucky person called when Laurie was discovered, and who stayed with Laurie for two days (I was in London) and helped put the pieces of the puzzle together after Laurie's accident, will join us on the 24th as we usher in Christ's birthday.
May each of us learn more about the grace and peace of Christ in our life.
