The battery of Radiation and Chemo was over on Jan 11th, about three weeks ago. If there is one thing we have observed since then is that while life is improving for Laurie, it is a slow boat to China. One day at a time. He hair has barely even attempted to grow back - although those of you who have vowed to lose your if hers does not - take comfort in knowing we appear to see evidence that all her hair wants to grown back. As a dark haired woman I have jokingly shared with Laurie that she has a nasty 5 o'clock shadow on her bald head. :)
One Valentines day Laurie is due to return to Neurosurgery at the University of Colorado for her first follow up MRI. This is the one where there should not be a *ghost* image and should give the Neurosurgeon some form of indication how her progress is.
We would appreciate your continued prayers.
