RE: MRI Results

I bring you glad tidings of great joy.

 

Laurie and I spent half of a day at the hospital today going through a short battery of tests (blood workup, MRI, etc…) and then spent 45 minutes or so talking with the Neurosurgeon who worked on Laurie.  He reviewed the results of today’s MRI and it looked good.  Further, when we compare today’s MRI with the one immediately after surgery, not only is there no evidence of any  new activity, her brain cavity that had made room for the pushy, invading growth that was removed, had really move to take back its original real estate so that her MRI shown pictures were much more like a normal cerebral cavity. Yeah.  The Doc was quite surprised at such quick brain response, and thinks it is all very good news.

 

What a relief!
