2011 is a big year for us in more ways that one. In addition to getting completely back to health, we are also celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. To celebrate we decided - some time ago - to return to Italy for a couple of weeks. So we will be leaving on Friday and flying into Venice. We will tour the lake district up north, swing by Torino to visit Frank's stomping ground for many, many years where we will also meet up with my some dear Italian friends. Then onto Pisa, Lucca, Sienna, and eventually Roma.
It is a dream vacation for us and we will raise a gelato or un vino to all of you, our dear friends who stood by us this past fall during our family crisis. Thank you, thank you. If we can, I will try and post pics as we go along.
